| Project Topic | The overall goal is to enable the fabrication of novel diffraction gratings based on innovative coating technologies. The project will contribute to the development of rotary Atomic Layer Deposition (rALD) as a new process for optical coatings. It will further enable the fabrication of reflection gratings on an industrial scale, based on the proprietary approach to grating fabrication of Gitterwerk. The project results will be demonstrated by a number of prototypes for diffraction gratings. |
