| Project Topic | We will deliver a disruptive bioinformatic solution for clinical decision making in neurology: MS-CONNECT. This unique tool allows visualization of changes in neural ‘wiring’ in the brain. It uses big data analytics to integrate clinical data with advanced imaging data, yielding a wiring diagram of all neuronal connections (connectomics). Proof-of-concept will be established for use of MS-CONNECT as disease monitoring tool in Multiple Sclerosis (as showcase application). |
