Project Topic	Grain is the basis of our food, yet its true value and deficits are misjudged by grading based on average, visual surface properties. We will augment the author grain sorting technology to measure the protein quality and quantity content above 16%, and toxin content – based on each durum wheat kernel’s inner properties, on industrial scale. The goal is to make the quality grain properly appreciated and used more sustainably – and establish TriQ4Durum as unrivalled technology for food security.
