Project Topic	The project goal is to generate one or more gene therapy candidates to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common primary cancer of the liver. These therapeutic leads are powered by the innovative gene circuit technology for comprehensive and specific targeting and eradication of heterogeneous tumors. The leads will be ready to enter into a preclinical investigational new drug (IND)-enabling program and enter into Phase I clinical trials in the 24 months following project completion.
