| Project Topic | Novamet develops SmartMelt, a unique add-on system for the optimisation of aluminium melting operations. SmartMelt solution includes a digital-twin furnace, which combines very efficient numerical calculations with on-line data acquisition. Designed to be integrated on any existing industrial furnace, it allows to minimize energy consumption and environment impact. This R&D proposal intends to further improve this system along several important directions. |
