| Project Topic | The aim of this project is to evaluate how the different compounds of cell culture media affect the quality of biotherapeutics. To this end, we will test pre-selected combinations of media compounds and analyze their effect on several critical quality attributes, like protein glycosylation, aggregation and charge variants. Using novel high throughput technologies, we will design novel media that not only provide high productivity but also high product quality. |
