Project Topic	FOOD FIGHT is the first food waste management system for the hospitality sector that tracks and predicts food waste and associated CO2 emission, and provides food waste reduction strategies to tackle enormous amounts of food wasted. Combining video and 3D sensors above a waste bin with AI to recognize food waste, FOOD FIGHT enables non-disruptive: <0.1s, highly accurate: >95%, and context-specific (e.g. pre-cooked, cooked, expired) food waste recognition needed to effectively reduce food waste.
