| Project Topic | IceBlue will bring to market a safe, high quality microalgae-based blue colourants with high colouring strength and superior stability tailored for food and beverage applications. The core products are novel oil-dispersible stabilized c-phycocyanin (CPC) for food applications as well as stabilized CPC for aqueous (beverage) applications, including an organic line. IceBlue value proposition will be developed and market-validated during this project. |
