| Project Topic | The formation of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) is by far the most common aortic disease and its prevalence (1.7%-8.9% in the 65+ population) increases strongly with age. Optimal health care treatment of AAA patients critically depends on an AAA rupture risk assessment. ARI is a software platform that performs a patient-individual AAA rupture risk assessment using regularly taken CT images together with patient parameters, such as age, gender and medication history. |
