Project Topic	POWERPAM will design and develop a multi-channel optical Indium Phosphide, electrical ultrahigh-speed silicon integrated 400Gb/s PAM4 receiver for interconnects in next generation hyperscale datacenters and 5G networks. POWERPAM will limit the power increase in datacenter switches by 50% by replacing metal interconnects with optical interconnects. Using joint intelligent hybrid integration of advanced optical and electrical components, POWERPAM delivers an ultra-fast receiver solution.
