| Project Topic | SAPPHIRE will develop cutting edge technologies for the manufacture of embedded antenna and electronic components onto existing housings, replacing existing surface mounted, manually assembled units. SAPPHIRE will significantly reduce production costs and optimise antenna performance though maximising available volume. This will be applicable across a range of smart automotive antennas, including: 3G, 4G, and new 5G cellular service, WiFi, Vehicle to vehicle (V2X), Bluetooth and GPS antennas. |
