Project Topic	We will develop a microarray cartridge and a benchtop cartridge reader for the rapid testing of six food allergens (peanut, soy, gluten, tree nuts, milk, shrimp) and which will be used by food enterprises to verify food safety and cross-contamination control. The project will deliver a disposable microarray cartridge that can detect six food allergens and a benchtop cartridge reader, together with a production platform for the automated large-scale manufacture of the microarray cartridge.
