| Project Topic | ELECTROGEL aims to turn a low cost spray Sol-Gel formulation (50% cheaper than other commercially available ones), developed by TU DUBLIN, into an electrodepositable technology, in order to overcome the main disadvantages of this technology: high prices and difficulty to coat hard-to-reach areas in complex geometries. Partners will deliver formulation (KASTUS) and surface treatment for metallised polymer (MAIER) and Al (MUGAPE) validated for Transport and Construction applications. |
