| Project Topic | HeartAssess will deliver a prognostic tool to predict disease progression in heart failure (HF) patients. The platform assesses cardiometabolic parameters by integrating data from two sensors and visualizing analyzed results on a user-friendly dashboard. An AI algorithm will be trained to predict disease progression. By the end of the project, the platform’s predictive value will have been validated in a feasibility pilot study and will be ready for a pivotal trial required to enter the clinic. |
