| Project Topic | The FrOLik project is underpinned by critical IP developed at CERN and commercialised by Aircision based on a structured laser beam technology, which enables long-range, 100Gb/s data transmission with high link reliability. The consortium aims to leverage this technology with high performance novel detector technology developed by ICS and new high-speed component integration techniques developed by VTEC, providing a unique high performance FSO system optimised specifically for 5G interfacing. |
