| Project Topic | We want to develop a sustainable cheese packaging solution which will have a lower CO2 footprint than the current solutions used in the dairy industry. Further, we will develop a new predictive method for transforming dairy customer needs to necessary barrier properties of the new wax packaging. This will enable time savings in designing future formulations and in evaluation of packaging functionality during the long ripening time of cheese products. |
