| Project Topic | This project combines two unique technologies to deliver a novel blood-based cancer test (NEOSCREEN), for ultra-sensitive and cost-efficient monitoring of melanoma: (i) CyclomicsSeq, a genetic test for analysis of circulating tumor DNA using single-molecule sequencers, (ii) NEOselect, a unique approach for selective enrichment of cancer genes and mutations. NEOSCREEN represents a universal and novel approach for cancer diagnostics from liquid biopsies and can be implemented for any cancer type. |
