Project Topic	A disruptive laser machine - SPEEDLAS – is developed which combines a linear drive motion system with a fast laser scanner in a highly dynamic controlled interaction to achieve a resulting working speed of 10 m/s along complex contours including small radii and tight corners. This is ten times faster than today’s speed when machining typical contours. SPEEDLAS uses the large working area of linear drives and the high motion speed of scanners in an overall performance never achieved before.
