| Project Topic | BIBRA will deliver a cutting-edge 3D printed PCL-based bioimplant for breast reconstruction surgery. The bioimplant will transform the breast reconstruction field by combining biodegradable implant technology with bio-inspired coating technology for safe, natural regeneration of patient adipose tissue, resulting in natural breast aesthetic. By the end of the project, BIBRA will have been validated in animal models and will be ready for clinical testing to obtain market approval. |
