Project Topic | PROMEAT will use breakthrough technologies to develop next-gen, GM-free cultured meat (CM) with added probiotics and postbiotics. This way we create the first truly scalable product that not only offers a tasty, eco-friendly, and sustainable real meat mimic but also addresses future challenges faced by competitors on scale-up e.g. spoilage. Uniquely, our cruelty-free beef product will both resist fast colonisation by bad bacteria and offer consumer health benefits via gut microbiome modulation. |
