| Project Topic | dynaTWIN (revised proposal; see annex) will provide a turnkey ready technology for the highly productive milling of complex parts (e.g. in aerospace industries). dynaTWIN predicts milling dynamics already during process design and recommends optimal (stable) spindle speeds to the machinist. Within production, remaining instabilities are avoided by an active spindle speed control. All data is collected and visualized based on a dynamics twin, enabling long-term self-optimization of the system. |
