| Project Topic | DATARAMP (revised proposal; see annex) will provide a turnkey ready technology for geometric compensation of contour errors in the multi-axis machining. This is to be achieved by evaluation and integration of process monitoring and inspection data into a Computed Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. A new data framework will lift the CAD-CAM-CNC-CAQ-CAQ process chain to a connected/adaptive production standard by integrating feedback loops in the geometric calculation of the toolpath (Fig. 1). |
