| Project Topic | Develop a highly sensitive 3D in vivo rodent imaging system based on novel optical technologies for the second infrared window (NIR2, 900-1700nm) which will enable quantitative fluorescence and bioluminescence imaging in deep tissue regions. We will develop this module, uniquely integrated with µCT and nuclear imaging modules, including acquisition and reconstruction software and labeling kits and evaluate its potential for high-end biomedical research at an established research institute. |
