Project Topic SEAPRO develops a breakthrough European-made fermentation process for sustainably cultivated seaweed using novel bacterial strains and optimised processing condition resulting in enhanced health benefits and improved sensorial properties (taste and flavour). To guarantee optimal health benefits, we will leverage LUN & CUN participation for scientific validation ahead of market certification of our high-value fermented seaweed ingredient that will disrupt the food and nutraceutical markets.
