| Project Topic | Based on the latest biomarker research, we want to develop a portable diagnostic device, StrokeTest, for differentiating between ischemic (IS) and haemorrhagic (ICH) stroke. We will deliver a rapid biochemical test allowing fast and on-site diagnosis of stroke by analysing a blood sample from the patient’s fingertip. The test will be easily performed by emergency care providers at the point of care and the diagnosis will be available in 15 minutes, thereby allowing early treatment. |
