| Project Topic | The project outcome is CaRe, a novel solution for personalized cardiac rehabilitation (CR) from patients’ homes. The partners will design, develop and test an mHealth platform with: (1) specialized exercise library, (2) Artificial Intelligence for personalized CR training, and (3) Video Communication technology for real-time support and group sessions. Performance testing of the CaRe Platform will be conducted, making the platform ready for market entry 3 months after project end. |
