| Project Topic | We will deliver a platform capable of mimicking physical conditions inside a human tumor metastasis in a bony environment, i.e. mechanical pressure and shear, for medium throughput evaluation of drugs (Fig 1). The core technology of the mechanoCHIP platform consists of a microfluidic plate that can be directly implemented as drug discovery service by BioReperia, but also be sold by Micronit Microtechnologies as stand-alone product for academia or private contract research organizations. |
