| Project Topic | TriboNite is a unique surface treatment process that creates durable low friction anti-wear surfaces on mechanical parts. ANS wants to develop the core process to reach manufacturing readiness using standard heat treatment equipment, adopting process fluids, treatment parameters, fixturing, quality and process control for full scale manufacturing. Results will be verified in pilot production (Bodycote) and customer testing (Danfoss) proving enhanced component performance at low production cost. |
