Project: RAISING OF COMPLEX SAFETY OF HIGH-TECH MECHATRONICS
Innovation development of mechatronic systems for precise control of output parameters of mechanical equipment in the area of theater stage technology, mobile technique, lifting equipment, special testers and simulators puts high demands on the machines safety including control regulation systems._x000D__x000D_Present portfolio of mechanical equipment for the mentioned market applications is solved COly to reach technical and output parameters and without deeper analysis of the machines limit values for assurance of certain safety corresponding to work intended. _x000D__x000D_The partial target of defined project is a complex solution of the structural machines design in order to reach a high degree of safety in terms of life protection and persons health, protection of applied equipment and property and particularly ecological protection of environment of the area of functional mechatronics. _x000D__x000D_The CO target of this project solution will be a realization in relation to limiting values of machines and equipment according to CSN EN 12 100-1,2 – as per analysis of risks according to CSN EN 1050, safe control regulating systems with the highest degree of safety classification! Assessment and verification of control systems will be performed on functional models of mechatronic equipment of the above-mentioned application outputs according to the safety standards CSN EN 13 849-1,2 (classification B1 - B4) a CSN EN 61 508 (classification SIL1 - SIL3)._x000D__x000D_Theoretical research and development works will be focused on the execution of HIGH-TECH systems solution of intelligent mechatronic equipment with rotating or linear fluid or electro-mechanical drive. Functional –safe behaviour of defined machines will be modeled and verified with theoretical simulating calculations. _x000D__x000D_Furthermore, the reference functional models will be proposed and made with control system for the experimental verification of complex safety of machines and control system software. Validation will be performed by the certification body with determination of relevant safety classification ._x000D__x000D_Project and solving consorcium is formed of the enterprise OCHI Inženýring, spol. s r.o. /CZ – CO participant , the project bearer, and the enterprise BOSCH REXROTH spol. s r. o. /CZ and the foreign project’s participant Westsächische Hochsschule, Zwickau/DE and project and development of enterprise ISR GmbH/DE. _x000D__x000D_The solving team is well balanced, it includes small and medium enterprises OCHI Inženýring, spol. s r.o. /CZ with long-term expertise with the projects of research and development on the Czech market and a high portion of applications in future market sector._x000D__x000D_The enterprise BOSCH REXROTH CZ , as affiliated company of the world enterprise BOSCH REXROTH A.G. /DE will play the role of the supplier of special hardware of fluid and control systems and the transfer of know-how will contribute to innovative system solutions. _x000D__x000D_High school Westsächische Hochsschule, Zwickau/DE will participate in theoretical works of research and development for fluid drives and safe regulating systems._x000D__x000D_The ISR/DE P’s task is coordination WHZ in relation to fulfillment of separate stages of research and development, and collaboration at elaboration of measuring methods and realization of documentation HSL-mechatronic systems and development of the application system for the project of system on the basis of areal and special models._x000D__x000D_The solving team will be added with the other sub-suppliers of the project bearer, that is TÜV SÜD , TU-VŠB – Mechanical Engineering Faculty and Electrical Engineering, NORTECH, spol. s r.o., COMPAS Automatizace s.r.o., supporting successful completion of the project._x000D__x000D_Marketing outputs of solutions will be focused on own sales of the systems solutions and export contacts on the strategic P of BOSCH REXROTH , first of all on perspective export to the countries of the Middle and Eastern Europe, where we expect in the next min. 10 years a steep increase of the applications with high classification safe control systems of the EU standard ._x000D__x000D_

The company BOSCH REXROTH, spol. s r.o. , as a project co-participant has participated in industrial research of rotating and linear HIGH SECURITY LEVEL (HSL) actuators and furthermore in experimental development of functional model of 4-axis linear actuator including fabrication of control system with the fucntion and safety certification according to SIL3 CSN EN 61508. The co-participant has participated partially also in solution of sub-stage E4 Development of HSL mechatronic systems of new generation. |
