Innovation Policy Course
Date: 19/11/2018 - 23/11/2018
This five-day course is aimed at professionals who work on innovation as policy makers, brokers or implementers of strategies or programmes.
Building on several years of our highly regarded Science and Innovation Policies course, in 2018 MIOIR will be concentrating on the challenges and opportunities for Innovation Policy specifically.
Policymakers and analysts face rapid changes in supporting and fostering innovation, while there is also increasing complexity in its governance at a range of levels.
This five-day course is aimed at professionals who work on innovation as policy makers, brokers or implementers of strategies or programmes. Attendees may have several years’ experience and be willing to share this with experts and peers in an international environment, or may be new in post, possibly changing from a career in research into one in innovation policy.
MIOIR experts provide briefings and lead interactive workshops. Teaching is interactive, with short, focused lectures complemented by hands-on, sessions in which real issues are tackled.
