surveys
ERA-LEARN 2020 is conducting annual evaluation and impact assessment exercises of P2P activities, in close collaboration with the European Commission (Joint Programming Sector DG RTD). In consultation with our Advisory Board, we decided that the 2016 exercise will focus on the overall experiences gained by the ERA-NET community. This is done through the ERA-LEARN 2020 survey on the overall ERA-NET experience that is herewith introduced.
The results will be compared with those of the ERA-NET Cofund survey that has been completed in May 2016. It is envisaged that the overall experiences from ERA-NETs will be complemented with the views of those taking part in the new version of the instrument, while older information captured by previously conducted surveys will also be updated. The results of the questionnaire survey will provide inputs for demonstrating perceived impacts from the ERA-NET instrument in general as well as for improving future versions of the instrument in view of the Horizon 2020 evaluation.
As the quality of this assessment strongly depends on the answers to this questionnaire, we would be most grateful if you could take time to answer the questions posed. It is estimated that this will require around 45 minutes of your time.
In case you feel you are not the right person to fill in this questionnaire, please feel free to forward it to those responsible. In addition some questions may need that you consult your colleagues – please feel free to do so before providing answers. You can find a pdf version of the questionnaire that you can print if you wish on the introductory page of the survey. We hope that your answers reflect the position of your organisation.
We would appreciate your response by 20 June 2016.
The results will be treated collectively and anonymously. They will be presented in the Annual Joint Programming Conference to be held in Brussels (22-23 Nov. 2016) and will be integrated in the respective ERA-LEARN 2020 Policy Brief to be published in November 2016.
Appreciating your willingness to assist us in this,
With kind regards
