The Horizon Europe approach – BMR requirements

This part includes the data collection and analysis requirements that need to be met by partnerships and countries to prepare the BMRs. It draws on the reports produced by the Commission expert group on support for the strategic coordinating process for partnerships - EU monitor.

This part of the R²IPE toolkit is based on the most updated work on M&R of European Partnerships. As the BMR process proceeds regular updates will be made where relevant with most recent examples, lessons learnt and tools.

The examples and lessons learnt included in this version are based on the BMR 2022 publications.
