What is the partnership fiche?
The “partnership fiche” is a common and harmonized format for the collection of individual information on the progression of the partnerships. The fiches respond to the need for a common framework for the monitoring and assessment of every partnership, providing evidence to assess the performance of the partnerships in the Biennial Monitoring Report.
The partnership fiches are included in Chapter 4 (Partnership Specific Performance) in the Biennial Monitoring Report.
Process to establish the partnership fiche
Depending on the progress and maturity of each partnership, the process toward the update/establishment of the partnership fiche will differ:
- For partnerships only needing minor revisions to the partnership fiche, the existing final Microsoft Word version (from previous BMR) can be used as a basis for interaction, as modifications and additions (e.g., replacing the thematic content according to the new themes) can be easily integrated through track changes. If modifications in the PSIPs are required, either a manual process by annotating the graphic design file, or an adapted Microsoft PowerPoint needs to be provided.
- For partnerships with the need for major revisions (e.g., missing the KPI table or PSIPs), a new Microsoft PowerPoint should be delivered as well as a KPI table, to be integrated once sufficient maturity is reached in the collaboration. The same is valid for partnerships which have missing content such as PSIPs or the KPI table.
- For new partnerships requiring a process to establish the first partnership fiche, the process as for the previous BMR needs to be applied, i.e., working initially on the main documents and two subdocuments.
Individual communication will take place with all partnerships following a gap analysis by the Expert group to inform them about the process and help them in the development of the fiche.
